Iran in a country formally known as Persia until 1935, and is a country in Central Eurasia. Nuts, herbs, and vegetables are often added and dried pres, dates, nuts, raisons, cinnamon and traditionally sweet additives are used in savoury dishes. Ikebabes are also popular – Iranian food is not too spicy rather more sour due to lemon being a big additive.
